The Fire Once Lost is an Americana / Bluegrass band centeret around the danish songwriter Anders Duus. The Songs have their roots planted in the american music traditions, and the lyrics contain stories about loss, longing, love and hope. Everything is delivered through simple, pleasing melodies, on a musical backdrop of stringed instruments, that takes you back to the hard life in the new World.
